What's in a Name?

WanderLovin Starling is quite the unique name for a business and it came about through a series of thought processes I'd love to share!

The beginning, WanderLovin, is a take on the term "wanderlust". The idea of wanderlust makes me think of wanting to travel, wanting to try something new, or simply wanting to move on to the next thing. I took wanderlust and changed the ending to "Lovin" because I think everyone can relate to wanting more out of life not only for themselves, but in the case of marriage, wanting more time to travel and live life with the love of your life.

WanderLovin is my way of saying find a way to get the most out of life and then share it with your loved ones. For some people that may mean planning a destination wedding and for others that may mean eloping. I personally do not believe that there is only one way to live a happy life full of fulfilment and so I've structured my business WanderLovin Starling to support you in whatever WanderLovin looks like for you and yours.

Starling is not only a bird that inspired me but also a cheeky way to say that on your wedding day you and your betrothed ought to feel like the stars of your own ceremony! Every moment should be chock-full of items and details that showcase your love. Starling birds are known for Affection, Community, and Togetherness and I imbue my business with those ideals. Intimate ceremonies and grand weddings both have in common the feeling of community and the sacred togetherness that lovers share with their close friends.

All in all WanderLovin Starling is committed to celebrating your special day with decor, accessories, and memories to last a lifetime!
